All the deck officer's are not fortunate enough to clear master's , 

due to my personal problems i too could not do that.

My query is

 

 is it possible for a second mate to be an    i s m/  i s p s   auditor  ; if yes

what are the formalities / courses to be done  

 

 if no........then

is there any alternative job where i can still be in touch with the shipping world.......i don't wish to go for a clerical job but

technical job......................................somebody guide me please...
