Agreed with you Mr. Bhalla.
Once out from sea, people start working in Indian offices then they are force to adopt the working invironment surrounding so that they can give better result in their work.
At sea everything is fair, open, and we work with the knowledge of 2+2=4 and not 5.
In my view it is the general working atmosphere of indian offices, pressure from regulatory departments, etc which spoil the working envoirement of shipping offices too, and then we are forced to say "shipping companies are really sucking".
But in the end they are providing us job so that we can pay bills.
