        hai friends

If at all anybody knows exactly please pass on the information.pls tell us which are all the countries c.o.c ARE white listed under STCW 95,and accepted by india.
I am planning to do my class 2 c.o.c MATES AND MASTERS ,other than from u.k. u.k is very expensive unaffordable.racism problems and all sought of things.
pls give me which all foreign c.o.c are recognised equivalent to indian tickets,and endorsements made.

i am planning to do mostly either from Australia or from our asian country SINGAPORE.

	hi mate, Indian goverment accepts coc issued by the following countries malayasia,Uk,croatia,russia,latvia, and many more,u can find a list in their website www.dgshipping.com Australian and Singapore cocs are not accepted.may be bcoz people prefer going to Singapore and Australia.
