Does anyone know about giving 2nd mate exams in Singapore or Australia are the tickets valid in India and how good are the courses

yes rahul, In Singapore it is called class 3 coc course and you can get all the info. from the site http://www.mpa.gov.sg - www.mpa.gov.sg . the college in singapore where you will be undergoing this training is singapore polytechnic.
the course is fine and very well conducted with ample amount of study time given to the students.

y those tickets shud b valid in India if u work on a foreign flag ship .Go for it and get it .now all the tickets r equally important.nobody bothers wether u hold Uk or panama tkt.
