U.S. Western Ports Announce Hefty Fines For Container Unloading Delays
Beginning next week, a fine of 100 U.S. dollars a day per container will be levied against shipping companies that unload cargo too slowly in the two busiest ports in the United States, Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and Port of Long Beach (POLB). Danish Frigate Deploys on Anti-Piracy Operation in Gulf of Guinea

Disabled container ship adrift close to Spanish coast, Atlantic
Container ship ELBSKY suffered mechanical failure and was disabled at around 1200 UTC Oct 27 42 nm off Finisterre, Spain, and started to drift towards Spanish coast, while en route from Rotterdam to Lisbon.
