CHIPOLBROK general cargo ship troubled in Xiamen
General cargo ship KRASZEWSKI suffered blakcout after generator failure, followed by engine failure, in Xiamen harbor while proceeding to berth on arrival from Taiwan, in the morning Mar 29.
