The families of the 36 Filipino seafarers who are still missing almost two months after their ship capsized off Japan have urged authorities to continue search and rescue operations for their loved ones.

10 Seafarers Imprisoned For Illegally Refuelling Ship Off Dubai.
10 seafarers were convicted by the Dubai Court of First Instance for refuelling a vessel illegally off the Dubai coast. They were sentenced to six months in prison and were also ordered to pay a combined fine of $27,200.

The captain of a Portuguese cargo ship has been arrested after colliding with a Greek warship on Tuesday.

Abandoned seafarers return home after three-month ordeal.
A group of 24 seafarers abandoned since July after their ships were detained in Ravenna Port in Italy for alleged non-payment of bunker supplies have finally been repatriated. Seven men bailed following suspected hijack of oil tanker off Isle of Wight.
Seven Nigerian men detained after British special services stormed an oil tanker off the Isle of Wight have been bailed, police have said.
The raid was carried out by around 16 members of the Special Boat Service (SBS), backed by airborne snipers, who secured the Nave Andromeda tanker in around nine minutes. It came after reports that stowaways had boarded the vessel and attempted to hijack it.Posted On:30-Oct-2020
